       近日，GENMA品牌再獲海外客戶2臺氧化鋁氣力卸船機訂單。新接訂單產(chǎn)品將由子公司潤邦重機生產(chǎn)制造。

       該訂單產(chǎn)品額定作業(yè)效率高達400噸/小時，垂直管長達32米，適用于75,000噸載重量的大型散料船型。設(shè)備采用GENMA自主研發(fā)的自適應(yīng)吸料技術(shù)，結(jié)合空氣動力優(yōu)化技術(shù)、PLC智能控制系統(tǒng)，在實現(xiàn)物料吸取過程的智能化與平穩(wěn)化的同時，能夠顯著降低設(shè)備作業(yè)能耗，使整機兼具平穩(wěn)高效、節(jié)能降耗等優(yōu)勢，為客戶提供經(jīng)濟環(huán)保的散料輸送解決方案。

Recently, GENMA has secured an order for 2 alumina pneumatic ship unloaders from an overseas customer. The newly ordered equipment will be manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd.

The ordered equipment boasts a rated operational efficiency of up to 400 tons per hour and a vertical pipe length of 32 meters, making it suitable for large bulk carriers with a capacity of 75,000 tons. The equipment incorporates GENMA's self-developed adaptive suction technology, combined with aerodynamic optimization technology and a PLC intelligent control system. This not only enables intelligent and stable material suction but also significantly reduces energy consumption during operation.
